1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClipForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ClipForge is an AI-powered video generation platform. Users describe a scene using text prompts and optionally provide reference images, and the Service generates short videos using artificial intelligence. Videos are generated in various aspect ratios at up to Full HD (1080p) quality with AI-generated audio.
3. Video Ownership
You own all videos you generate. Once a video is created through ClipForge, you have full rights to use, share, modify, publish, and monetize it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. ClipForge does not claim any ownership or license over your generated content. Ownership is subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers used to generate content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts and uploaded images do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
4. Accounts & Credits
Access to the Service requires purchasing a subscription or credit pack. The number of credits consumed per video depends on the AI model used:

Model availability depends on your subscription tier. Higher-tier plans unlock access to more models. Key details:
- Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle.
- Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
- One-time credit packs do not expire until used.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Credit costs per model are subject to change. Any updates will be reflected here.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. ClipForge does not store any payment or card information.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Remaining credits stay available until the end of the billing period.
- If a video generation fails due to a technical error, your credit is automatically refunded.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once credits have been used. For exceptional circumstances, contact us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Sexually explicit or exploitative, especially involving minors
- Promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real individuals
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
Reference Image Policy: If you upload a reference image, you must own or have legal rights to that image. You may not upload photos of real people without their explicit consent. Creating deepfakes, non-consensual likeness videos, or impersonations of real individuals (including celebrities and public figures) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. AI content safety filters are applied to all generations, but you remain fully responsible for the content you create.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep ClipForge available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
8. Video History & Storage
ClipForge stores your last 10 generated videos for convenience. Older videos are automatically removed. It is your responsibility to download and save any videos you wish to keep. ClipForge is not a permanent storage service and does not guarantee long-term availability of generated content.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Videos are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always match your expectations. Results vary based on prompt quality and AI model capabilities. ClipForge does not guarantee specific output quality, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
ClipForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or uses the Service for prohibited purposes. In such cases, remaining credits may be forfeited.
12. Copyright & Takedown Requests
If you believe content generated through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at the email below for removal review. Please include a description of the copyrighted work, evidence of infringement, and your contact information. We will review all valid requests promptly.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
